Booking Notice

When you book one room—or more—you reserve the entire sanctuary of six rooms as your private space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Your stay is exclusive, quiet, and deeply personal. Every corner is yours to inhabit, and every moment is yours to savor

Family Plan

Children of any age are welcome. However, we do not provide extra beds, so please plan sleeping arrangements accordingly.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to room availability. Late check-out up to 6pm is subject to 50% rooms charge. Full rate will be charged for late check-out after 6pm.

Check-in, Check-out, Early Arrival & Late Departure

If you would like to request an early arrival or later departure, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to assist.

Pets

Pets are welcomed with warmth. To maintain a peaceful sanctuary for all guests, we kindly ask that owners observe respectful etiquette and keep pets supervised at all times.

Standard Private Stay Cancellation Policy

As a private and exclusive sanctuary, we kindly request full payment to confirm your reservation. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for all guests, and applies to cancellations relative to your scheduled check-in date.

Travelers who cancel 14 days or more before 6:00 PM GMT+07:00 on the day of check-in are charged no fee. A refund will be made minus applicable bank charges.

Travelers who cancel between 14 and 7 days before 6:00 PM GMT+07:00 on the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount.

Travelers who cancel less than 7 days before 6:00 PM GMT+07:00 on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.

No‑Show: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check‑in date will be charged the full stay amount.

Early Departure: Guests who depart before their confirmed check‑out date will also be charged the full stay amount, as the reserved space cannot be reassigned at short notice.

Advisory: We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, as this policy is strictly enforced to protect the exclusive reservation of our private property.

Optional Cancellation & Refund Insurance
To support peace of mind in your travel planning, we offer an optional cancellation insurance plan through our booking system.
If selected during your reservation, this plan may allow you to recover eligible costs in case of unexpected cancellation—such as illness, travel disruption, or other covered events—according to the insurer’s terms.
Please note:

• This insurance is offered by a third-party provider integrated via Beds24.
• Coverage details, claim procedures, and eligibility are managed directly by the insurer.
• We recommend reviewing the policy terms carefully before purchase.
  If you choose not to add insurance, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
