Early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to room availability. Late check-out up to 6pm is subject to 50% rooms charge. Full rate will be charged for late check-out after 6pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Private Stay Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
As a private and exclusive sanctuary, we kindly request full payment to confirm your reservation. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for all guests, and applies to cancellations relative to your scheduled check-in date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Travelers who cancel 14 days or more before 6:00 PM GMT+07:00 on the day of check-in are charged no fee. A refund will be made minus applicable bank charges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Travelers who cancel between 14 and 7 days before 6:00 PM GMT+07:00 on the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Travelers who cancel less than 7 days before 6:00 PM GMT+07:00 on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No\u2011Show: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check\u2011in date will be charged the full stay amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Early Departure: Guests who depart before their confirmed check\u2011out date will also be charged the full stay amount, as the reserved space cannot be reassigned at short notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
